I was informed by the inspector that the foundation was not safe, water was entering into the crawl space and a portion of the home was resting on a 2" x 4" untreated piece of wood. ![]() I decided to have an home inspection done by *************************.My suspicions were correct. I had some reservations regarding the foundation and crawl space, after signing the lease and prior to signing off on my final walk through inspection.
